Jeanette and Andrew are a very experienced duo based in St Heliers, Auckland. Our main focus is improving your health and well-being, and to provide natural relief of pain and discomfort effectively and as fast as possible. Whether you're 7 or 70, our goal is to get you moving!

Clients are often surprised that we treat all parts of the body and can relieve the symptoms of many conditions. At St Heliers Osteopathic Clinic we use natural osteopathic techniques and a maintenance plan suited to each individual. We will keep you informed throughout the process and will give advice on work posture and other activities which may be aggravating your problem. It is paramount to us that you feel comfortable so we will endeavor to explain what we are doing throughout the process.

St Heliers Osteopathic Clinic is a registered ACC practice. Andrew and I will provide you with all the necessary information and forms without referral from a GP. Contact us here for subsidized ACC treatments. If the injury is something we believe is best treated by another medical professional, such as a physiotherapist or a specialist, we will refer you.
